Casa Lidia is a splendid portion of a double house in Lido Di Camaiore, with private parking space and a private fenced garden.
Casa Lidia has a splendid living and dining room with a brand new kitchen equipped with all the essentials, a dining table, a sofa, air conditioning and a splendid piece of furniture, in which a state-of-the-art television is located.
In the master bedroom there is a king-size bed and a large wardrobe at your disposal.

In the garden there is a gazebo with a table and chairs for you to dine al fresco and enjoy the splendid Versilia summer sun.

Casa Lidia is in an excellent location and is easily reached even by those who choose to come on holiday without a car, as it has a bus stop 10 metres from the gate of the house, and the bus can also be taken from the nearest train station (Viareggio).
It has everything you need nearby, being located in the main street of Lido di Camaiore: restaurants, groceries, shops, newsagents and even supermarkets.
The beach is only 900 metres from the house and is easily reached by simply continuing along the street where the house is located in the direction of the sea.
For those who not only want to enjoy the sea and beaches of Versilia, but also want to enjoy the rest of Tuscany :

The historic city of Lucca is only 20/25 minutes by car from Casa Lidia, while by train, leaving from Viareggio station, it will only take 15 minutes.
The marvellous Cinque Terre are 1 hour and 20 minutes by car and it takes about the same time by train.
Splendid Florence is 1½ hours by car, and it takes the same time by train.
The spectacular Apuan Alps are 15 minutes by car from Casa Lidia, and it is possible to take guided tours of them.
