Once again, we had a great stay, in an idyllic location. Mr and Mrs T., always so welcoming. In short, it was still only happiness for us.
Encore une fois, nous avons passé un excellent séjour, dans un cadre idyllique. Mr et Mme T., toujours aussi accueillants. Bref, ce ne fut encore que du bonheur pour nous.

very clean apartment, consistent with the description ... ease of parking, the lady who took care of us when we arrived and when we left was very pleasant and the owner is easily reachable on the phone or call back immediately ... beach 400m from the residence, very quiet subdivision, not a noise (it may depend on the holidaymakers staying next to and above ... for us it was impeccable.) We will definitely come back to this address for our next vacation in Ajaccio.

facilité de stationnement, la dame qui s'est occupé de nous à notre arrivé et à notre départ était très agréable et le propriétaire est facilement joignable au téléphone ou rappelle de suite...
plage à 400m de la résidence, lotissement très calme, pas un bruit(cela dépend peut être des vacanciers logés à coté et au dessus...pour nous c'était impeccable.)
Nous reviendrons certainement à cette adresse pour nos prochaines vacances à Ajaccio.
We are delighted with our stay in Michèle and Jean's rental. The rental is really consistent with the description, it is perfect for a stay for two. Ajaccio is a city very well placed to visit wonderful places around. Michèle and Jean are wonderful people, very welcoming !!! I recommend this rental 100% !!! We hope to return there someday!
Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans la location de Michèle et Jean. La location est vraiment conforme à la description, elle est parfaite pour un séjour à deux. Ajaccio est une ville très bien placée pour visiter de merveilleux endroits aux alentours. Michèle et Jean sont de formidables personnes, très accueillantes !!! Je recommande à 100% cette location !!! Nous espérons y retourner un jour !
Very well equipped house, ideally located for what we wanted to do (Calanches de Piana, Scandola reserve, natural swimming pools, .... Sanguinaires Islands, Calvi ...) an extraordinary point of view we never tire of it , large terrace ... The owner attentive and responsive. We were 4 couples and all loved it !!!! I recommend !!! CG
Maison très bien équipée, idéalement située pour ce que nous avions envie de faire (Calanches de Piana, réserve de Scandola, piscines naturelles,.... iles Sanguinaires, Calvi..) un point de vue extraordinaire on ne s'en lasse pas, grande terrasse... Le propriétaire à l'écoute et réactif. Nous étions 4 couples et tous avons adoré!!!! Je recommande !!!

Christian is a very nice and hospitable person. The house is in a great location to discover and visit the surroundings of Ajaccio. Quiet place with every comfort. For any need Christian is immediately available and ready to intervene. I highly recommend it.

We had a very good stay. Superb view of the sea from above. Very warm welcome (bottle of white wine and bottle of cold water offered on arrival). Accommodation located 5 minutes walk from the beach (very nice with restaurant). Very calm and restful. Very friendly and discreet owner. Butcher and bakery nearby. The only downside, but it's like everywhere, was the wasps that come together at the slightest aperitif or sausage cake (they love it apparently) on the small terrace in front. As a result, the aperitifs were done inside or once the sun had gone down. Idea for the owner: A small hose outside to rinse your belongings after the beach would be ideal, not too hard to set up on the existing automatic sprinkler system;)
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Superbe vue sur la mer en hauteur. Très bon accueil (bouteille de blanc et bouteille d'eau fraîche offertes à notre arrivée).
Logement situé à 5 minutes à pied de la plage (très sympa avec restaurant).
Très calme et reposant. Propriétaire très sympa et discret. Boucherie et boulangerie à proximité.
Le seul inconvénient, mais c'est comme un peu partout, était les guêpes qui se rappliquent au moindre gâteau apéro ou saucisson (elles adorent ça apparemment) sur la petite terrasse devant. Du coup les apéros se faisaient à l’intérieur ou une fois le soleil couché.
Idée pour le proprietaire : Un petit tuyau à l’extérieur pour rincer les affaires après la plage serait idéal, pas trop dur à mettre en place sur l'installation d'arrosage automatique existante ;)

Ideal location, close to Ajaccio and the airport. Close to a modern and pleasant commercial area. Spacious and well-appointed apartment, only the bed would deserve a standard bed of 2 people instead of a bunk bed. Very good home owners with many addresses of sites to visit.

Abbiamo avuto l'immenso piacere di conoscere Michele e suo marito Jean.. Due persone eccezionali ed impagabili. La casa molto bella, comoda, pratica, pulita nuova!
