Even though it boasts centuries of history, a recent renovation has ensured the preservation of its vintage facade while enhancing the interior's state. The Space

Upon entering the freshly refurbished apartment (2019), the first thing you'll notice is the burst of sunlight illuminating the living area and kitchen, offering a private panoramic view of the city. The Neighborhood

Graça, set atop the city's highest hill, is a treasure trove of picturesque streets, vibrant buildings, local eateries, and some of Lisbon's best viewpoints overlooking the Tagus River. Key attractions such as the National Pantheon, the viewpoints of Portas do Sol, Graça, and Senhora do Monte, and the Fado Museum are mere moments away.

The district pulsates with life, brimming with grocery stores, bakeries, cultural events, and more, blending historical charm with a modern buzz. The peaceful ambiance, coupled with its proximity to the heart of Lisbon, makes Graça a perfect blend of tranquil living with city conveniences.
