The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 sofa beds, accommodating up to 3 people. There is 1 full bathroom with a shower. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, cooking utensils, coffee maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and everything you need to prepare meals at home.

Other amenities include air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV with channels in Spanish, English, German and French, and a balcony with sea views.

The apartment is located just 150 metres from Praia da Rocha beach, 60 km from Faro Airport and 3 km from Portimão train station. In the vicinity, you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, parks, golf courses and other tourist attractions.

Within walking distance of the apartment there are bars, nightclubs, restaurants, shopping areas, etc.

NOTE: Only 4 people (including adults, children and babies) are allowed.

- A €400 security deposit is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card, Revolut or advance bank transfer payment. The security deposit refund will be made up to 3 days after check-out, after a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.

- Please note that there is a municipal tax - Tourist Tax:
Between the dates of 1 November and 31 March - €1 per person, per night, not included in the total amount and to be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is €7 per guest.
Between the dates of 1 April and 30 October - €2 per person, per night, not included in the total amount and to be paid on site. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and over. The maximum amount charged is €14 per guest.

- The costs of water, electricity and gas consumption (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscious use (€60 for a 30-day booking).
The readings are taken on arrival and departure to determine the consumption for the booking period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included amount will have to be settled by the guests with Nuris2u.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct it from the security deposit.
