Lovely apartment, and the owner, who lives above, was very helpful. The apartment is very well equiped, with almost anything You Could Wish For (only thing missing for us Inglés is a teapot!) The swimming pool looks great, but being there in February meant we did not use it. There is Also a good BBQ area by the side of the pool. We did not need an extra heating, only the gas fire in the living room, as it is a very cozy apartment. The Only Thing That Could use improvement are the instructions for getting there. But we asked at the Tourist Office and They Knew exactly where it was. Within walking distance of the weekly market, and a 5 minuites drive of the beach area. Altogether very nice!

Very well equipped apartment located in a residence with swimming pool by the beach in Denia is a charming animated kindly greeted by a concierge amendment, in addition, a well-designed workbook tells us all in the region. We had a great holiday, thank you to Mr. and Mrs. ROY. Cordially
Bel appartement très bien équipé, situé dans une résidence avec piscine en bordure de plage à Denia qui est une charmante ville animée, accueillie gentiment par un concierge avenant, de plus, un classeur bien conçu nous renseigne sur tout dans la région. The description of the apartment and its environment are consistent with the announcement. They are very nice. The rental rate is to clarify the seasons and the application fee must be added to the price and use air conditioning. The reception is excellent.
Le descriptif de l'appartement et de son environnement sont conformes à l'annonce. Ils sont très agréables. Le tarif de la location est à clarifier selon les saisons et la demande de caution doit être rajoutée ainsi que le tarif pour utiliser la climatisation. L' accueil est excellent .
I highly recommend this rental. Very good communication with the owners before departure, no concern for us. We received the keys by mail before departure and the deposit was returned promptly. On-site setting is very nice, in a quiet. Few people in the pool. Beach a very short walk to all shops. No need to take the car to run errands. The bungalow is fully equipped (kitchen accessories, sun, ...). Landscapes are very nice and there are many marked paths for walking. Sites close to Denia can swim snorkel to as beautiful ... Clearly, 15 days holiday very pleasant.
Je recommande fortement cette location. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires avant le départ, aucun souci pour les joindre. Nous avons reçu les clés par la poste avant le départ et la caution a été rendu rapidement. Sur place le cadre est très agréable, dans une résidence calme. Peu de personne dans la piscine. Plage de sable très proche à pied avec tous les commerces à proximité. Pas besoin de prendre la voiture pour faire des courses. Le bungalow est tout équipé (accessoires cuisine, bain de soleil,... ).Les paysages sont très agréables et il y a de nombreux chemins balisés pour faire des balades. Sur des sites proches de Dénia possibilité de nager en tuba, à faire car magnifique... En clair, 15 Jours de vacances vraiment très très agréables.

De plus l'emplacement dans Dénia est idéal car on trouve tout à proximité : superette, pharmacie, vente à emporter, magasins ...
Enfin la plage est à 2 mn et elle est superbe.
I found very good housing. I have not been able to put 5 out of 5 because it lacks two small things: a microwave, and coffee maker, this will avoid loss temps.Très welcome and people are friendly. I recommend this location to friends in 2009.
J'ai trouvé très bien le logement. Je n'ai pas pu mettre 5 sur 5 car il manque deux petites chose : un micro-ondes, et une cafetière, cela éviterai une perte de temps.Très bon accueil et les personnes sont sympathiques. J'ai conseillé cette location à des amis pour 2009.
I had a great stay in a very quiet apartment with my children I have had direct contact with the owner, it was very good I intend to come back another time for a longer stay.
J'ai passé un bon séjour dans un appartement très calme avec mes enfants j'ai eu le contact direct avec le proprietaire, c'était très bien je compte revenir une autre fois pour un séjour plus long.

Villa Grande "rustic " in Spanish with a great view over the bay of Javea and the sea We had a very pleasant stay with our 2 children, the area is very quiet, and despite the heat, there Air always seen the location height (which ensures better sleep ...). highly functional kitchen, large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. A good value for money.
Grande Villa "rustique" à l'espagnol avec une superbe vue sur toute la baie de Javea et la mer. Nous avons passé un très agreable séjour avec nos 2 enfants, le coin est très tranquille, et malgré la chaleur , il y a toujours de l'air vu la situation géographique en hauteur ( ce qui assure un meilleur sommeil ...) .Cuisine très fonctionnelle, grandes chambres avec chacune sa salle de bain et ses toilettes . Un bon rapport qualité prix.
