In addition, it is located in a very quiet dead end, a few minutes from the city center, the beach and the cliffs. We were, from the morning, at the start of the coastal paths and could easily go and admire the sunset in the evening.
We also greatly appreciated the telephone contact with the owner and the warm welcome of her niece.

Landlord very nice.
Also the shops, bakers, restaurants, etc. are barely 5 minutes away, the only drawback is parking, it is paying everywhere but for 7 days in the green zone you pay only 25 euros and in the red zone 50 euros, which is still not too bad, at about 1 km there is a free parking.
The landlords are very friendly and correct

You did not have hot water when you arrived because you arrived earlier than expected and we informed you of this, instead you preferred to disrupt the water heater by touching the electric meter.
We accept animals on the sole condition that the tenant does the cleaning and you have never paid 65 euros, so it's a pure lie, look at your receipt.
Our house was clean when you arrived, which was not the case when you left because your two dogs slept in the 140 cm bed even though we had clearly informed you that we did not want your animals in the rooms. .
You tried to be reimbursed for the price of the cleaning that you did not pay, which explains this rating of 1/5.
We are pleased not to have this type of tenant, unfortunately we have to live with it.
Vous n’avez pas eu d’eau chaude à votre arrivée parce que vous êtes arrivés plus tôt que prévu et nous vous l’avons signalé, au lieu de ça, vous avez préféré dérégler le chauffe-eau en touchant au compteur électrique.
Nous acceptons les animaux à la seule condition que le locataire fasse le ménage et vous n’avez jamais réglé 65 euros, c’est donc un pur mensonge, regardez votre quittance.
Notre maison était propre à votre arrivée, ce qui n’était le cas à votre départ car vos deux chiens ont couché dans le lit de 140 cm alors que nous vous avions clairement signalé que nous ne souhaitions pas la présence de vos animaux dans les chambres.
Vous avez essayé de vous faire rembourser le prix du ménage que n’avez pas payé ce qui explique cette note de 1/5.
Nous nous félicitons de ne pas avoir ce genre locataire, il faut faire avec malheureusement.
