Each room has breathtaking private views of the lake. There is a cozy balcony where you can enjoy an alfresco breakfast or romantic dinner whilst taking in the glorious scenary. Kitchen and Bathroom with private sauna (lake view).
The apartment is equipped with bed linen, towels and a hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi Free and a private parking area. There are two bedrooms: 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed for two and a single sofabed.
The apartment, with private entrance, can accommodate up to 5 people (comfortably 2 adult and 2 children or 3 adults). High chair and coat available. Possibility to negotiate the use of another floor (double bedroom with lake view and private bathroom.
The villa has a garden with an outdoor infinity pool (open April 15th through Oct 10th) and hot tube (available all year) giving you the impression that you are almost within the lake.
The apartment has a private entrance with exclusive use of pool area and jakuzzi. The upper floor of the villa is sometimes lived by the owners. Private parking.

The villa is located 1.5 km from the station of Varenna and can be reached by car, if you arrive by train it is possible on request to pick you up at the station with a cash payment of 10 euros.

At the time of check-in, the documents of each of you will be requested for the transfer of your data to the police station for the anti-terrorism phase; in addition, € 1.20 per person per night will be required as a local tourist tax.
