Take refuge in this cottage with the appearance of a chalet, built as an extension of a traditional house made of local stone. In this typical habitat renovated with environmentally friendly materials (cellulose wadding, wood wool and lime-hemp insulation), reconnect with the charm of the old and enjoy thermal comfort in all seasons; you will be cool in the summer and lulled by the gentle warmth of the wood stove in winter. As soon as the weather is nice, enjoy the outdoor spaces and admire the flowering wisteria that winds above the door of the house. In the surrounding area, escape to the remarkable gardens of the Château de la Ballue at 850 meters, stroll through the alleys of the Petite Cité de Caractère of Bazouges-la-Pérouse at 3 kilometers or let off steam at the leisure center of the Villecartier forest at 4.8 kilometers. A little further, marvel at Mont Saint-Michel at 23.5 kilometers or visit the majestic Château de Fougères at 33 kilometers.
