The house is tastefully funished, the high ceilings give an amply and nice impression.
All windows are fitted with fly-screens. The covered terrace is nicely furnished with a table and chairs.
The size of the pool is 3,5 x 7 m. It is operated year-around. There are deckchairs and a garden barbecue.
The plot is totally walled with an entrance through a large sliding door, parking space for 2 cars.
There is a typical Spanish "Venta", a bar/restaurant in the near, a small supermarket only 50 m away.
