Building located on the slopes, ski-in ski-out, direct access to ESF lessons (convenient for children and view from your balcony).

The studio is very pleasant to live with 1 large balcony of 14m², rare in the residence, on the 11th floor with elevator, southern exposure and view over the slopes.

This studio with a warm mountain decor contains 1 living room with 2 sofas to relax and rest comfortably for 4 people with large screen TV, DVD player, DVD on site, humidifier and essential oils.

Entrance hall with a large closet and plenty of storage space.

Kitchen area equipped with electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, raclette grill, fondue set, crockery for 12 people, teapot, new kitchen utensils, bagless vacuum cleaner .

The studio becomes a bedroom in the evening with a sliding door, which allows you to have a nice living room during the day, with a kitchen area. 2 sleeping areas so 4 beds (1 double sofa bed, 1 bed plus 1 trundle that makes a single or double bed) plus an extra bed upstairs (therefore 5 beds in total).
Duvets, pillows available and more than the number provided for those who like 2, plaids available for the living room.

Bathroom with shower and wc as well as washing and drying machine, hairdryer.

We leave at your disposal:
apron, tablecloth, garbage bag, toilet paper, kleenex, scottex, cotton swab, cotton make-up remover, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, washing machine liquid, kitchen towel or dishcloth and mop, condiments such as salt, pepper, oil, sugar, coffee, tea, (this availability depends on the use made by the previous tenant(s).

Ski locker provided with shelf to put 5 pairs of shoes, skis and poles.

Balcony with table for 4 people and 4 chairs as well as 2 deckchairs. Ideal for 4 people.

Located on the south side of the expo track. High floor in K and climb Arrow.
Main entrance A direct elevator to your floor K, elevator from your direct floor to the ski locker floor B and the exit to the slopes.

You will reammy feel at home here.

Free bus shuttles to nearby stations, Telemetro to Plagne-Centre.
You have everything in the resort for a pleasant stay.
Paid covered car park to be reserved or free outdoor car park (very easy to access with outdoor lifts).
There is an outdoor swimming pool even in winter in Plagne Bellecôte which is 1.5km from Plagne-Centre
Free bus to take you to the resorts of La Plagne.
