Well-maintained, clean, quiet, well-equipped accommodation, well located between lake and mountains in a mid-mountain resort. Pleasant and warm welcome. The garage in the basement is appreciable. To recommend.

Nice, spacious apartment with large balcony and parking garage. Located very close to the ski-lift, shops and restaurants.
We had a very pleasant stay in this apartment particularly well located, quite big and functional. The owner is very kind and very helpful, as well as the person who takes care of the keys on site. The price / quality ratio of this accommodation is excellent, we recommend this rental.

Friendly resort with many activities in the summer. Station located 15 minutes from Evian and the edge of Lake Geneva.
The owners and the person delivering the keys are charming and attentive.

Nous étions un couple avec 2 enfants et avons trouvé le logement spacieux.
Grand balcon équipé. Garage en sous-sol pour garder la voiture au frais et à l'abri.
Station accueillante avec de nombreuses animations l'été.
Station située à 15 minutes d'Evian et du bord du lac Léman.
Les propriétaires ainsi que la personne qui remet les clés sont charmants et à l'écoute.

Apartment very functional according to the description made. We appreciated its volume and had no difficulty in appropriating it to us. We were 3 children and 2 adults. In other words we were very comfortable knowing that it can accommodate 8 people, or even 9 without difficulty. The location in the resort is ideal since in front of the shops. The reserved parking space is also a plus in this rental. The inventories of places (incoming and outgoing) were also made by charming people. So we plan to come back, for the winter this time.

Nous avons apprécié son volume et n'avons pas eu de mal à nous l'approprier.
Nous étions 3 enfants et 2 adultes. Autant dire que nous étions très à l'aise sachant qu'il peut accueillir 8 personnes, voire 9 sans difficulté.
L'emplacement dans la station est idéal puisqu'en face des commerces.
La place de parking réservée est également un plus dans cette location.
Les états des lieux (entrant et sortant) ont été faits également par de charmantes personnes.
Nous envisageons donc de revenir, pour l'hiver cette fois-ci.
A quality / price very good: functional apartment, we were seven, the room has 5 beds and lounge 2 double beds. The kitchen equipped with electric hob and a microwave / multifunction oven can easily cook for the whole tribe. The bathroom is not big but clean and new, and has a very efficient heating; the toilets are separate. The large balcony is very nice with a view of the black run "lanches " and lifts. The TV is a 60cm flat screen about (no USB adapter to the TV and no WIFI). Ski room on the ground floor and room for one car in the parking basement. Located 150 from the lifts, ski rental, grocery store, across the street, bars, cinema and restaurant at the foot of the building. Brief what to spend a great week.
Un rapport qualité/prix très bon : appartement fonctionnel, nous étions 7, la chambre a 5 couchages et le salon 2 lits doubles. La cuisine équipée de plaque électrique et d'un four micro/onde multifonction permet de cuisiner aisément pour toute la tribu. La salle de bain n'est pas grande mais propre et récente, et possède un chauffage très efficace ; les toilettes sont à part. Le grand balcon est très pratique et très agréable avec la vue sur la piste noire "des lanches" et les remontées. La TV est un écran plat 60cm environ (pas d'adaptateur USB sur la TV et pas de WIFI). Local à skis au RDC et place pour 1 voiture au parking du sous-sol. Situé à 150 m environ des remontées, location de skis, épicerie, juste en face, bars, cinéma et restaurant au pied de l'immeuble. Bref de quoi passer une très bonne semaine.
