Apartment as per photos, magnificent view. Only downside: reservation made in April for September, questions asked in the meantime to the owner but no response from her (zero communication). She contacted us 2 weeks before our arrival to settle the rental, we thought it was a scam.

The apartment is very large with large rooms and also two very large terraces, one of which is shaded with a table, chairs and a swing on which I loved to take a nap in the afternoon. The terrace with a sea view ? we took all our meals there. An outdoor shower when returning from the beach which is a two-minute walk away! We already had everything we needed to cook: salt, pepper, olive oil, shower gel, shampoo, the sheets and towels smelled very good. The apartment is spotless, very clean. You quickly feel at home there. Vincenzo the owner who does not live on site, was discreet and extremely kind. Even a little attention by bringing us some small pastries from the region. A car is necessary for shopping there, 5 minutes away is a small town on the beach with a landscaped coastline with restaurants, bars, small shops and very lively in the evening ?. A real pleasure to have been able to eat all the local products. A fishmonger with his small shop sold fresh fish in the morning, we enjoyed buying our fish therefresh in the morning and at noon on the plate ? Eat great ice cream, have a drink along the promenade and meet wonderful people. You should know that the locals are extremely kind and very generous. The beach in front of the rental is very beautiful, I was lucky enough to see the sunrise in the morning at 6:15 am when I was walking there. Often in the morning we walked along the beach 4 km. It is an authentic, calm and relaxing place. The location of the apartment was strategic for us, an hour or an hour and a half from all the places to see absolutely. Alberobello, Ostuni, Santa Maria Di Leuca and so on. The city of Lecce is a 35-minute drive from the apartment. It's a big, bustling city. In short, these twelve days have been wonderful.
L'appartement est très grand avec de grandes pièces et également deux très grandes terrasses dont une ombragé avec table, chaises et une balancelle sur laquelle j'ai adoré y faire la sieste l'après midi. La terrasse avec vue sur mer 😍 nous y prenions tous les repas. Une douche extérieure au retour de la plage qui se situe à deux minutes à pied !
Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, nous avions déjà sur place : sel, poivre, huile d'olive, gel douche, shampoing, les draps et serviettes sentaient très bons.
L'appartement est nickel, très propre.
On s'y sent vite comme chez soi.
Vincenzo le propriétaire qui ne vit pas sur place, était discret et d'une extrême gentillesse.
Même une petite attention en nous rapportant des petites pâtisseries de la région.
Une voiture est nécessaire pour y faire les courses, à 5 minutes se trouve une petite commune en bord de plage avec un littoral aménagé avec restauration, bar, petits commerces et très animée en soirée 😊.
Un réel plaisir d'avoir pu manger tous les produits locaux.
Un vendeur de poisson avec sa petite boutique vendait le poisson frais du matin, on avait plaisir à y acheter notre poisson frais le matin et à midi dans l'assiette 👌
Manger de très bonnes glaces, boire un verre le long de la promenade et y rencontrer des gens merveilleux.
Il faut savoir que les locaux sont d'une extrême gentillesse et avec une grande générosité.
La plage qui se trouve en face de la location est très belle, j'ai eu la chance de voir le lever du soleil le matin à 06h15 lorsque je m'y promenais.
Souvent le matin nous marchions le long de la plage 4 km.
C'est un endroit authentique, calme et reposant.
L'emplacement de l'appartement pour nous était stratégique, à une heure voir une heure trente de tous les endroits à voir absolument.
Alberobello, Ostuni, Santa Maria Di Leuca et j'en passe.
La ville de Lecce se trouve à 35 minutes en voiture de l'appartement.
C'est une grande ville animée.
Bref ces douze jours ont été merveilleux.
We rented the holiday home for 3 weeks in August. I must say that the house was more than compliant with the description of Mr. Vincenzo who proved to be a RELIABLE, VERY HELPFUL and COURTEOUS person also in giving us advice on the area.

Very well located accommodation, close to the train station to get to Barcelona and 3 minutes from the beach. The swimming pool is very well maintained and the residence very pleasant with on-site parking. Ideal accommodation for 5-6 people with quality bedding and air conditioning We had a great stay.

Good morning, The rental is as described and very well located, close to the sea and the village. The accommodation is clean and comfortable, functional kitchen, well equipped with sufficient equipment and dishes available. The 160 bed is appreciable with nickel bedding. Friendly decorative atmosphere with a well-equipped terrace to enjoy the evenings, the big plus! air conditioning while you adapt to the heat of the first week! La location est conforme au descriptif et très bien située , proche mer et du village. Le logement est propre et confortable , cuisine fonctionnelle , bien équipée en matériel et vaisselle suffisante à disposition . Le couchage en lit de 160 est appréciable avec une literie nickel. Ambiance déco conviviale avec une terrasse bien équipée pour profiter des soirées , le gros plus ! la climatisation le temps de s'adapter aux chaleurs de la première semaine !
Je recommande cette location sans restriction ! et j'espère revenir au plus vite ....

The apartment is wonderful, much more beautiful than in the photos. Very well furnished and with new furniture. It has a breathtaking view and is equipped with every comfort. The air conditioning is much appreciated because it is a bit hot. Mr. Jean Marc is a truly very kind and extremely helpful person.
L' appartamento è meraviglioso, molto più bello che in foto. Molto bene arredato e con mobili nuovi. Gode di una vista mozzafiato ed è dotato di ogni comfort. Molto apprezzata l'aria condizionata perché un po' caldo. Il Sig Jean Marc è una persona veramente molto gentile ed estremamente disponibile.
Rental compliant, the premises were clean, the location of the rental is ideally located in a quiet area. The only downside is the lack of certain equipment (the quantities of glasses are too small) and maintenance problems from a technical point of view.
Location conforme, les lieux étaient propres, l'emplacement de la location est idéalement situé au calme.
Un seul bémol le manque de certains équipements (les verres sont en quantités trop faible) et des problèmes d'entretien d'un point de vue technique.

Everything was perfect, the house is as you see in the photos, very clean, welcoming and spacious, no surprises. They made us find the house fresh, water in the refrigerator. Very kind, friendly and available for anything. If you come to this part of Puglia I absolutely recommend it. The location is beautiful, and you can reach beautiful places easily by car. Tutto perfetto, la casa è come la vedete in foto, molto pulita, accogliente e spaziosa, nessun sorpresa. Ci hanno fatto trovare la casa fresca, acqua in frigorifero. Gentilissimi, cordiali e disponibili per qualsiasi cosa.

A very beautiful view of the bay of Rosas and a stone's throw from a small beach! Very satisfactory welcome, very comfortable apartment, just missing an electric awning and that would be perfect!

Casa molto accogliente e pulitissima, corrispondente al 100% alla descrizione della presentazione, ampia luminosa e ben arieggiata, vista la vicinanza del mare, " 100 mt." che si può vedere e sentire dall'ampia terrazza e tutto questo è un valore aggiunto notevole. Cambio della biancheria da camera e da bagno settimanale "di ottima qualità". Ampio giardino con piante e fiori, ben tenuto e posto auto coperto, con al fianco comoda doccia esterna. Il proprietario Sig. Vincenzo molto gentile e sempre disponibile.

Superb gîte, owner on site but very discreet. We spent a week alone (no one in the other rentals) and had the swimming pool and deckchairs just for us, very pleasant. No schedule for the pool, we were able to swim late in the evening, super refreshing! Only downside: the room with the bunk beds is not air-conditioned and it is hot to sleep. Near an artisan bakery, restaurants and 10 minutes from Lake Saint-Cassien for canoeing, paddle boarding, pedal boats and inflatable water slides. The sea is 25 minutes by car (Fréjus) and 15 minutes from Mandelieu-la-Napoule by highway. I recommend 100%, we had a great week!
Superbe gîte, propriétaire sur place mais très discrets.
On a passé une semaine seul (personne dans les autres locations) et avions la piscine et les transats rien que pour nous, très agréable.
Pas d'horaire pour la piscine, on a pu se baigner tard le soir, hyper rafraichissant !
Seul bémol: la chambre avec les lits à étage n'est pas climatisée et il fait chaud pour dormir.
Près d'une boulangerie artisanale, de restaurants et à 10min du lac de Saint-Cassien pour faire du canoë, du paddle, du pédalo et toboggan gonflable dans l'eau. La mer est à 25min en voiture (Fréjus) et 15min de Mandelieu-la-Napoule par l'autoroute.
Je recommande à 100%, on a passé une semaine géniale !
Fabulous location! The house is perfect. Air conditioning, super fast Internet, garden with everything you could want: table, chairs, deckchairs and umbrella. There are also beach chairs: very comfortable. The mattresses are clean and very comfortable. The water jet in the shower is perfect. The bar next door is very comfortable. At the entrance a jet of water to rinse your feet full of sea sand. A wonderful place with a megaaaaaa cool host :). Suitable for families and groups of friends. We will return. Posizione favolosa ! La casetta è perfetta . Aria condizionata, Internet super veloce, giardino con tutto quello che si può desiderare: tavolo , sedie, sdrai e ombrellone . Ci sono anche le sedioline da mare : comodissime. I materassi sono puliti e molto comodi. Il getto dell’acqua nella doccia è perfetto. Il bar accanto comodissimo. All’entrata un getto d’acqua per risciacquare i piedi pieni di sabbia del mare. Un posto meraviglioso con una host megaaaaaa cool :) . Adatto a famiglie e gruppi di amici. Noi torneremo. All was very good. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description. The residential complex is very well maintained and the residents are friendly and respectful. Two places in the apartment are a little small (kitchen and shower), but that adds to its charm and we only keep good memories. Key collection was flexible and hassle-free and the keyless apartment door (with personal code) is very convenient. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The city is not touristy, which we liked a lot. The beach may not be as picturesque as other places, but the proximity to Barcelona and other typical tourist spots leaves all options open.
Todo estuvo muy bien. El apartamento correspondía exactamente a la descripción. El complejo residencial está muy bien mantenido y los residentes son amables y respetuosos.
Dos lugares del apartamento son un poco pequeños (cocina y ducha), pero eso aumenta su encanto y solo guardamos buenos recuerdos.
La recogida de llaves fue flexible y sin problemas y la puerta del apartamento sin llave (con código personal) es muy práctica. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien equipado.
La ciudad no es turística, lo cual nos gustó mucho. Puede que la playa no sea tan pintoresca como otros lugares, pero la proximidad a Barcelona y otros lugares turísticos típicos deja todas las opciones abiertas.
A pleasant, large holiday home located in beautiful surroundings. It's nice that there is always a place to enjoy/eat in the shade. The swimming pool is certainly a very big plus. Another great added value for us is that dogs are welcome. This holiday home is definitely recommended.
Een aangename,grote vakantiewoning gelegen in een mooie omgeving.Fijn dat er altijd wel een plekje is om te kunnen genieten/eten in de schaduw. Het zwembad is zeker een zeer groot pluspunt.Ook een grote meerwaarde voor ons is dat honden welkom zijn.
Deze vakantiewoning is zeker een aanrader.

Excellent stay, the apartment is very pleasant on the first floor, ideal for a week. Menton is close, as are Italy and Monaco. I highly recommend this apartment, especially as the owner is particularly friendly.
