33 m2 duplex apartment, ideally located at the foot of the Grands Montets ski area in Argentiere (cable car 200m away).

South-facing, not overlooked and with fully glazed frontage. View of the Aiguille verte, and the Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc through the trees.

Living room (pull out sofa), open-plan kitchen, toilet - washbasin and balcony on the ground floor.
Mezzanine (normal ceiling height) with double bed (separate mattresses for use as twin beds, 80cm) and a single bed (80 cm), bathroom (tub with shower ).
Curtains on the mezzanine ensure privacy for the different sleeping areas.
Possibility to sleep a 6th person on the dining room settee (70cm).

Neat, bright, warm and well equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, raclette grill, fondue, toaster, food processor, basic food stock, cable television, sledge...).
Wifi. Ski locker. Collective outdoor parking secured with code.
Consumables provided (toilet paper, kitchen paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher product and all cleaning products), tea towels, bath mat.
Vouchers (20%) for discounted ski rental at the nearest ski shop.

Bus to Chamonix and the other ski areas 150/250 m away (Brevent - Flegere, Aiguille du Midi, les Houches, le Tour). Train station at 300 m. No car needed ! Some shops (ski rental, restaurant and bar, launderette, bakery...) on-site and supermarket 600 m away. All shops, bars and restaurants of Argentiere 300 - 600 m away. Chamonix center at 8 km.
