The house is located in a private residential area on the hill of Herradura village. It faces the bay and is close to a protected natural park.
The house has been entirely refurbished and repainted, and has a garage. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a full bathroom (bathtub, bidet, sink and toilet). On the lower floor, there is:
- a fully equipped kitchen,
- a lounge/dining room (flat-screen TV with French and Spanish channels, DVD player and WI-FI)
- a master bedroom (king-size bed and a full bathroom with bathtub and toilet)
- a cloakroom
- a toilet
All the rooms on the lower floor open onto a large south-oriented patio (35m²) facing the sea. The patio has a dining area under a pergola, a sunbathing spot with deckchairs, and laundry facilities (washing and drying machine). You can use the sunshades and inflatable mattress for the beach. A baby's crib is provided. Bed and bath linen are provided.
The residence has a large swimming pool for adults and a small one for children, with deckchairs and parasols. Only the residents have access to the facilities (keys provided). 2 paddle courts.
