Comfortable studio apartment located in a renovated building, in the Vucciria area in the heart of Palermo.

This apartment in green and yellow shades, located on the second floor, opens to a unique environment furnished with an open plan and well-equipped kitchen, fitted also with an induction hob, a dishwasher and a microwave, in addition to a dining area. Across the room, there is the sleeping area with a queen size bed, a single sofa bed, a TV, an open wardrobe and access to a balcony overlooking the street below. A full bathroom with shower completes the apartment.
At guests' disposal there is also air conditioning and heating.

*Guests have access to a shared laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful Unesco heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn't matter if it's lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares. Moreover, the apartment is located a few steps from the Cala, recently renovated and completed with the modern Trapezoidal Pier. A space that is the protagonist of an urban regeneration and redevelopment project with the aim of telling tourists and locals about the city's history and the fundamental role of its port for the entire territory.

The train station is 15 minutes walking distance from the apartment while the airport is 30 kms away.
