Sunny apartment opening onto pedestrian street in center of Menton, 20 meters from beaches
The flat is located in the centre of Menton, exactly 20 metres from the sea and very close to all the shops. The balcony overlooks the lively pedestrian street.
It consists of a beautiful bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a wardrobe, a large living room with a green sofa bed (140x200), dining table, sideboard and kitchenette with dishwashing machine and induction plate
A beautiful bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine, hot and cold air conditioning. Free internet and TNT.
We have a baby bed available.
Two beach umbrellas, 2 beach mattresses and 2 folding beach chairs are available.
The flat is situated on the 2nd floor (40 steps of 10 cm.), very easy to climb. There is plenty of paid parking very close to the house and plenty of free parking in Rue Isola, Rue de la Marne and Rue De Gréville (5 minutes walk) from the flat.
At 50 meters, the underground car park "Hôtel de Ville" offers very interesting packages. To load and unload your luggage you can park your car in Rue Honorine 50 meters from the building.
Because of Covid19, the flat is completely sanitized at each change of guest.
