Bright, beautifully furnished villa basement with separate entrance for 2/4 guests
New bright and spacious basement apartment with windows in every room, French doors and every comfort available for short rentals.
In addition to the large living/dining area with open-plan kitchen, you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds to sleep a total of 4 guests. Large bathroom (big shower and laundry corner). The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, microwave and induction cooktop. The living room has a 65-inch screen TV.
Each room is equipped with split air conditioning. Electricity consumption is NOT included in the price. (25 cents euro/KW )
Free Wi-fi, free parking in front of the house. The entire basement unit has its own private entrance.
The owners live on the upper floor and they are easy to reach.
The apartment is a few minutes drive from Poetto beach and 30 min from Villasimius.
A supermarket, pharmacy, pizzeria, pastry bar, newsstand, hardware store and local transport bus stop are 50 mt from the house.
