Sheets and towels are included in the price. Free parking and swimming pool. Booking with payment of 25% of the value. The remainder is to be paid on arrival. Arrivals from 3 pm and departures until 10 am. Confirm with the owner.
The Tourist Tax is levied on guests aged 13 years or over:
- 2€ per night and per person up to a maximum value of 7 consecutive nights per stay/person, between April 1st and October 31st - high season.
Impeccable cleanliness, bed linen, toilet and kitchen available, as well as utensils for PA and meal preparation. The garage is an added value.
I would recommend placing exterior blinds on the windows which, in addition to allowing isolation from nighttime street noise, would prevent sunlight from entering early in the morning and also prevent heat.

Pretty good for the value
On the other hand the only downside that I can put a little is that the double bed has the mattress or box spring is somewhat spoiled, because when you're lying down it seems that you fall to the center of the bed.
Otherwise just say that it is great and that if I return to the area, I will contact the owner to rent it again.
