We had a lovely holiday at Les Mimosas. Everything was spotlessly clean and the apartment was well equipped. Our hostess made us feel very welcome, with fresh fruit and supplies on arrival and was very flexible in accommodating our arrival time, even though our flight had been delayed. The views from the balcony were great, and our children enjoyed the swimming pools and nearby beaches. It was a great location in a beautiful, peaceful spot. Would definitely recommend.

Huge terrace gives views down to the huge pool area and sea beyond. Quick walk over the hill to Cala Tarida beach too! The apartment had bat n ball and umbrellas etc which we used on the beach.
The bedroom is very small but is as shown on the pics - I wouldn’t recommend if you were tall!
The restaurant wasn’t open when we were there but may be worth noting the opening hours for your stay as your terrace is above it. During our stay we had no one either side but did have people above, which you can hear!
However these things didn’t spoil our stay and we would definitely return and recommend.
Our stay at this lovely Barfleur home was perfect for us! There was plenty of room for our family of seven to sleep comfortably. The home was very clean and well stocked with all the supplies that we needed, and was situated across from the beautiful harbour and just down the street from the town, which had several wonderful restaurants and shops. Valerie was extremely helpful in setting up our stay and making sure that we were greeted upon arrival on our first day. The best part for us was the serenity of the location! Our stay was quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the city life that we normally live. We enjoyed putting together a jigsaw puzzle, walking along the harbour, and eating in the local restaurants, which were delicious. The home was absolutely charming and impeccably kept up. We will definitely stay there again when we return to France. The only issue for us was the distance from the American Cemetery in Colville-Sur-Mer. We were not prepared for the long drive, but at this time of year, it’s difficult to find any accommodations in Normandy so we were grateful to have a place to stay which was able to accommodate our large family. Having found Barfleur, we now see it’s charm and would definitely stay there again. One other note: this property is not set up for anyone with disabilities other than on the first floor. There is a bedroom on the first floor and a bathroom on the first floor but otherwise all of the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second and third floors with no lift. The facilities at property were excellent. The apartment is in a quite area on a hill overlooking La Sepzia. We had hired a car so getting into town was no problem. We visited many places in the surrounding area - very easy by boat, train or car. Fantastic Holiday and will certainly book this apartment again.
A very spacious and well equipped apartment in a great location, handy for local shops, bars and restaurants. About 15 minutes walk to nearest beach, or buses outside the apartment will take you to La Mata beach or centre of Torreviecha for €1.35 each way. Communication with Stephane was excellent. We found the apartment clean. Its on the fourth floor (there are two lifts) and has great views from the three balconies, two of which had outside dining tables. No aircon but has fans in the bedrooms. Overall, perfect for us.
The property is exactly as described in the prospectus. It has a sensational location overlooking the bay of Le Loc'h - where the harbour is a source of constant interest. The views to the sea from all the rooms - and from the south facing terrace are wonderful. A thoughtful touch was the provision of a pair of binoculars.
The house is well equipped (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) and the domestic facilities are to a good standard (well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc).. The house is furnished in a comfortable style (again as visible in the photos).
The village has an excellent creperie, and Plogoff (at 3km) has an exceptional bakery together with a small friday morning market..
Finally, we were delighted to meet the owners who were charming and thoughtful.
We stayed two weeks in this wonderful villa, which provided all the luxury we needed (and more!). We especially enjoyed the beautiful view and the pool, which is refreshing, clean and fun, as we even had good music and a refrigerator there. Except for some dogs barking once in a while (which can be annoying during the night), it is a very peaceful and quiet environment.
With a supermarket in Fiorentino, plenty of restaurants in San Marino and entertainment (beach and amusement/waterparks) at ~45-60 min drive to Rimini and Ravenna), we had everything we needed. You do need a car and be willing to drive up and down hills, but you will get beautiful views and a quiet environment in return.

We loved our stay in this amazing apartment! The view is second to none and meant that we barely went out for meals as we felt nowhere would be as nice as sitting gazing out over the sea. There was easy access to fantastic beaches with great snorkelling and swimming. The inside of the apartment was great too, with plenty of space for 6. It is worth noting that sheets are not provided and some of the basics were lacking such as tea towel etc. Also it was extremely hot and we really could have done with some fans. Despite this we would HIGHLY recommend this apartment and we have a really fantastic time. Thank you! Hannah
A clean and well maintained apartment. Spacious both inside and out. The owner was very attentive to our requirements as a large family with 2 adults, three children and a baby. The apartment included all cooking appliances, plus towels and bedding on request. Located less than five minutes from the quiet and pristine sand/stones beach, the local area provided many family activities such as water sports, horse riding, go karting, boat trips and cave visits.
Lovely house with fantastic view! We were 9 persons and there was plenty of space for all of us. The children (4, 9 and 14) enjoyed the pool.

My wife and I have stayed in many rented homes in France over 30 years. This property was exceptionally well appointed and completely lived up to its promises on the web site; views and equipment were excellent. It was modern and very tasteful. Communication with the owner in Paris for one piece of advice was executed in English with a perfect outcome.
It is very suitable for any one with mobility problems as on the ground floor there is a shower and toilet; but five steps from street level would make a wheelchair difficult.
It is windy but we expected that on the cliff. The wind was warm !!
All in all very worthwhile.
Lovely apartment located on the second floor of a house with all amenities provided in a elegant, safe community - thoughtful owners, who made you feel welcome, without pestering - highly recommended! Such a charming, heavenly resort!

We spent a very nice holiday at the beautiful villa in Avola. Its well equipped with many shady places to sit outside and - not to forget - a huge, spotless clean pool which the kids enjoyed very much. The house is located just 200 ms from a sandy beach with a beach bar. Our caring host Patrizia made our stay perfect. Thank you very much!
We rented Alex's lovely apartment for 2 weeks, it is spacious, light & airy with a sea view from one of the bedrooms. Very close to shops and the beach within walking distance. There is free car parking spaces directly outside the building. All the amenities inside the apartment are modern & clean (dining table & chairs, fitted wardrobes in main bedroom, 2 x sofabeds, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, tv, kitchen utensils plates glasses cups pans) There is free wi-fi also! The bathroom is quite small with a shower sink & toilet with enough space to store/place your products. The swimming pools are modern & clean with plenty of space around them to relax. Although the apartment is on the 5th floor there is a lift to go up & down. I found Alex to be a fair & accommodating landlord - I was able to keep contact with him via whatsapp/phone/text if I needed to ask any questions etc.. Overall a very nice holiday in L'escala & I recommend Alex as a good honest landlord & also friendly neighbours & the ladies are lovely who keep the communal area's clean regularly :-)

it was comfortable and cosy and very close to the beach.The contact with the owner was plesant and clear. Wissant was very quiet becose of the season but that is what we like. we also loved de beautiful surroundings.
