The house has two bedrooms (bed 160x200) and a mezzanine (bed 140x190).
One bedroom has direct access to the terrace with magnificent views of the swimming pool.

The fully refurbished house is ideally located (in a cul-de-sac), away from any noise pollution, yet close to the town centre (2 minutes' walk), the port and a shopping centre.

A cocooning atmosphere guaranteed, with a blend of comfort, quality, proximity and peace and quiet.

A cleaning charge of €100 (except for a 2-night stay, which will be €80) is payable on arrival, together with a deposit cheque of €800.
