The villa matched the pictures and description. The view was fabulous and the terrace was large and spacious with both sun and shade. The nearby beach was wide and child friendly. The owner, Daniela L., was incredibly helpful and friendly - a very pleasant landlord.
We really enjoyed our stay at this house in Andrano. Big clean, and Luigi and Lucilla were so nice to us. It was close to the sea, and some bars and restaurants. Would absolutely recommend this house!
Our stay at this lovely Barfleur home was perfect for us! There was plenty of room for our family of seven to sleep comfortably. The home was very clean and well stocked with all the supplies that we needed, and was situated across from the beautiful harbour and just down the street from the town, which had several wonderful restaurants and shops. Valerie was extremely helpful in setting up our stay and making sure that we were greeted upon arrival on our first day. The best part for us was the serenity of the location! Our stay was quiet and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the city life that we normally live. We enjoyed putting together a jigsaw puzzle, walking along the harbour, and eating in the local restaurants, which were delicious. The home was absolutely charming and impeccably kept up. We will definitely stay there again when we return to France. The only issue for us was the distance from the American Cemetery in Colville-Sur-Mer. We were not prepared for the long drive, but at this time of year, it’s difficult to find any accommodations in Normandy so we were grateful to have a place to stay which was able to accommodate our large family. Having found Barfleur, we now see it’s charm and would definitely stay there again. One other note: this property is not set up for anyone with disabilities other than on the first floor. There is a bedroom on the first floor and a bathroom on the first floor but otherwise all of the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the second and third floors with no lift. We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. Christine was lovely and warmly welcomed us. The location was perfect, everything we needed was in walking distance and we loved Antibes! The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was well equipped. We will definitely be back soon.
We stayed two weeks in this wonderful villa, which provided all the luxury we needed (and more!). We especially enjoyed the beautiful view and the pool, which is refreshing, clean and fun, as we even had good music and a refrigerator there. Except for some dogs barking once in a while (which can be annoying during the night), it is a very peaceful and quiet environment.
With a supermarket in Fiorentino, plenty of restaurants in San Marino and entertainment (beach and amusement/waterparks) at ~45-60 min drive to Rimini and Ravenna), we had everything we needed. You do need a car and be willing to drive up and down hills, but you will get beautiful views and a quiet environment in return.
All in all a great holiday! Thanks also to Luca, who was very nice and always responded very quickly to e-mail or text messages. P.s. we enjoyed your wine suggestion.
We loved our stay in this amazing apartment! The view is second to none and meant that we barely went out for meals as we felt nowhere would be as nice as sitting gazing out over the sea. There was easy access to fantastic beaches with great snorkelling and swimming. The inside of the apartment was great too, with plenty of space for 6. It is worth noting that sheets are not provided and some of the basics were lacking such as tea towel etc. Also it was extremely hot and we really could have done with some fans. Despite this we would HIGHLY recommend this apartment and we have a really fantastic time. Thank you! Hannah
A clean and well maintained apartment. Spacious both inside and out. The owner was very attentive to our requirements as a large family with 2 adults, three children and a baby. The apartment included all cooking appliances, plus towels and bedding on request. Located less than five minutes from the quiet and pristine sand/stones beach, the local area provided many family activities such as water sports, horse riding, go karting, boat trips and cave visits.
Fabulous villa in a fabulous location. Would highly recommend to anyone for a great family holiday.

We rented Alex's lovely apartment for 2 weeks, it is spacious, light & airy with a sea view from one of the bedrooms. Very close to shops and the beach within walking distance. There is free car parking spaces directly outside the building. All the amenities inside the apartment are modern & clean (dining table & chairs, fitted wardrobes in main bedroom, 2 x sofabeds, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, tv, kitchen utensils plates glasses cups pans) There is free wi-fi also! The bathroom is quite small with a shower sink & toilet with enough space to store/place your products. The swimming pools are modern & clean with plenty of space around them to relax. Although the apartment is on the 5th floor there is a lift to go up & down. I found Alex to be a fair & accommodating landlord - I was able to keep contact with him via whatsapp/phone/text if I needed to ask any questions etc.. Overall a very nice holiday in L'escala & I recommend Alex as a good honest landlord & also friendly neighbours & the ladies are lovely who keep the communal area's clean regularly :-)
we rent this house for one week in april. 2 adults and 3 children.
it was comfortable and cosy and very close to the beach.The contact with the owner was plesant and clear. Wissant was very quiet becose of the season but that is what we like. we also loved de beautiful surroundings.
Hi to all that are interested in renting. We have spent 2 weeks (end of September 2016) in Villa Valery and it was one of our best holiday ever. The place is beautiful and quiet. The Villa is exactly as described and as in photos. It is full equipped so we did not miss anything. The center from Tre Fontane is aprox. 3 km and Lidl 10 km from Villa. Besides that there are many interesting places to visit but it is useful to have a car.
The host is very friendly and helpful and live in neighbourhood. I really recommend. We have come back really relaxed and we will for sure come back. Thank you Antonino :-) !
All was OK, good maintenance for the swimming pool, the grass was perfect, just the necessary for the kitchen (knives, forks....). An issue with the TV antenna, not resolved during our stay. But the villa is quiet, depending of the others neighbours than you can have...good time, and Gisella (owner) is quiet nice!!
Nice and complete villa overlooking green area and San Marino.
House is on the top of a mountain ( curvy road up/down ) so it takes some time to reach supermarket etc.
A car is essential for staying here .
Driving distances Rimini about 45 minutes and Cattolica 55 minutes.
Downside: the swarms of flies in and around the house.
Air-conditioning (first floor) at 120 euros per watt and WiFi 30 euros p.w.
Very nice and helpful home-owner.

Beautiful beaches and coastal views in 30 km surroundings
We stayed in this villa for a week in October and had previously received very helpful emails from Antonio and Donna - a quick response to our initial inquiry. We had mobile contact when we arrived in Italy with good instructions from Donna on how to find the property. We arrived in atrocious weather and Donna was most concerned, particularly as the whole area had a power cut! Happily not for long. The local supermarket stocked candles.
The villa is spacious and comfortable and we had everything we needed. There is a beautiful garden, with many plants and terraces, front and back, to enjoy the sea view and the garden. Plenty of garden furniture and a barbecue [ with fuel! ].
It is ideally situated for visiting the southern heel of Italy.
Thank you for a lovely stay. We hope that Donna is enjoying her English Language course. If we come to Puglia again we would consider hiring Villa Salento.
In May - July 2015 we were vacationing at this villa with our two little kids. Evrything was good enough. The villa is exatly as in the pictures, the discription is also correct and full.
The owner - Mr. Bono - attentive and caring person, whose English is perfect! We have spent 6 weeks in this villa, and Mr. Bono was always ready for any support we requested.
The place is excellent for families with kids. It is very quiet (except Saturdays and Sundays, when you can hear music from aquapark near by). The territory of the villa is fenced, so our kids explored it all. There is no vehicular traffic near the villa, so no danger for kids. Mainly, during the period of our stay, the temperature was comfortable both day and night, so we swiched on air conditioning only several times at the daytime. The beach is really 80 meters from the villa. There is shallow entry into the water, need to go 20-30 meters that water reaches the mid-thigh. The wave usually is not high. So it is very comfortable for little kids, they will not affraid of water.
Tre Fontane is a small town, francly speaking, - a village. There are some shops, bars, farmacy. Big supermarkets, such as Lidl and Eurspin, can be found in the suburb of another town - Campobello di Mazara. It is only 6-7 kilometers from the villa, but the only way to reach it is by the car. From my point of view, rental car is definitely needed to feel free to move around.
