Our holiday accommodation offers a stunning Scandinavian inspired interior. Ivy Residence is located in Nueva Andalucia, this area has a beautiful location and close proximity to Puerto Banus, shopping centre, local markets and the beach.

The complex is gated with 24 hour security and comes with a beautiful swimming pool.

The accommodation has air conditioning in all rooms.

This lovely apartment is decorated with very tastefully Scandinavian furniture. It has a lot of character and offers a perfect getaway.

The kitchen is well equipped and the dining area offers direct acces to the open living room and terrace.

While staying with us u have access to all amenities in the apartment and complex.

Nueva Andalucia is a well thought out and attractive area, just west of Marbella. Originally all villas and apartments were based on traditional Andalusian architecture and design. Nowadays, we like to call Nueva Andalucia the Beverly Hills of Spain, due to the modern architecture. It is a high class and quiet area with breathtaking views surrounded by many golf courses, very safe and friendly environment.

The key attractions are the large residential estates and reasonable access to the highway and Marbella. Being a large residential area it has plenty of small commercial centres and restaurants for those who don't want to venture out on a rainy or sunny day.

Near the beach are several small beach bars and luxurious beachclubs. Shopping-mall La Canada is reachable by car within 10 minutes and the apartment is just a short taxi ride from the Puerto Banús nightlife.

Most people who are visiting Marbella are using a car to get around. Marbella has a lot of variation. See below for some recommendations:

- Puerto Banus: shopping, nightlife, cinema, the well known harbor, many bars and restaurants : 15 minute walk away.
- Marbella: old town, shopping, beach, many bars and restaurants: 15 minute drive away.
- Fuengirola: shopping center, beach, water park: 45 minute drive away.
- Golf Courses: many options within 10 minute drive.
- Gibraltar: beautiful island: 60 minute drive away.
- Ronda: 60 minute drive away.
- Supermarket and many restaurants: walking distance

1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
5.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
6. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
7. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
8. Because of the water shortage in Andalucia, it is not allowed to refill swimming pools. For this reason, they might be forced to close the pools. Sorry for the inconvenience.

TEMPORARY: A general nighttime reduction in water pressure is to be implemented across the western Costa del Sol from 21 February to comply with a reduced limit of 160 litres per inhabitant per day as set by the regional drought committee. The cuts, which will be in place from midnight until 6am - with the exception of Saturdays. The regulation issued by the Junta de Andalucía also enables the imposition of penalties on those users who consume excessively, irresponsibly and unscrupulously, given the shortage situation. Important: area's of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area's at all times. They do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area as these are part of the community.
