Neighborhood

Los Naranjos is the ideal area in Nueva Andalucía for those who wish to be based in a calm area, just a few minutes of walk away from the beaches, nightlife and amenities of the area, and it's also an excellent base to explore the whole of Costa del Sol. Centro Plaza offers great viewpoints of the mountain and the sea as well as plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The town was developed for entertainment and there are more restaurants and bars than anything else here. Los Naranjos is also famously known for its wide range of top golf valleys. The area is also lined up with Spanish seafood restaurants, American hamburger joints, Italian eateries and food from all over the world basically.

Puerto Banús is known as an exclusive sailing and leisure port which is a benchmark in Europe. Just inland from the famous marina, beach clubs, eateries and designer shopping of Puerto Banús is Los Naranjos in Nueva Andalucía, one of the finest residential areas of Marbella. Although small, Puerto Banús offers an amazing wealth of facilities and attractions; including beautiful beaches on either side of the port, a myriad of restaurants and bars, water sports, golf, a casino, cinema and an amazing selection of upmarket and expensive fashion boutiques; there is also an El Corte Ingles department store here, the largest department store chain in Spain.

If you really want to get a birds-eye view of the port and its magnificent setting, then you can take a boat trip around the local coastline, which you can catch the central promenade area. Puerto Banús and Nueva Andalucía offer a full range of sporting facilities that are accessible whatever the season. If you prefer water sports, Puerto Banús beaches have them all!

Other Things to Note
• PetsAs much as we love pets, we need to know what type of pet you are planning to travel with before we can accept your wishes. Please just ask us in the chat and we will answer immediately.

• No PartiesYou are of course allowed to play music during the day and evenings but it should be on a level that do not disturbs any of the neighbors. From 10PM it shall be very quiet out of respect for your neighbors who live in Marbella full time & work during the mornings. If you are planning to party, please let us know so you can instead be recommended some 'party friendly' properties. There is also zero tolerance for using drugs in the property.

• AC/HeaterTurn off the AC while you are not at home and when you are checking out please. Keep all windows closed when you use the system for the best effect.

• Security depositPlease respect community rules and leave the property in similar condition as when you arrived except from cleaning. We want to return the deposit and if you respect the rules there will be no problems. Failure to respect the community (Party, loud music etc) will result in you loosing the security deposit or in the worst case scenario that you need to leave the property earlier than expected so please respect that.

• Check in is possible between 3.00-9.00 PM.Later arrival is also possible for a charge of 40 Euros (In between 9.00 PM - 5.00 AM).

• Check-out is at latest 11AM.

• You will get a booklet before your arrival with information of extra services: Airport transfer, car rental, daily cleaning, baby equipment, private chef, grocery stocking and also a guide with recommendations that we have gathered through out the years in Marbella.
