Welcome to this 55 sqm (592 sqft) 1-bedroom apartment located on the 3rd floor of a quiet residence in Antibes. This apartment features a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). The separate kitchen is equipped with a cooking hob, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a washing machine, a kettle, a Senseo coffee machine, and a toaster. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a sink, and a hairdryer. For added convenience, the toilet is separate. You will also find an ironing board and an iron.

The living room is bright and comprises a dining area and a seating area with a sofa bed that can accommodate two travelers. The living room opens onto a 14 sqm (150 sqft) balcony, allowing you to enjoy outdoor meals. A parking space within the residence completes this property. However, please note that it is reserved for a small city car as the entrance is a bit narrow.

For your convenience, the property provides towels and bed linen at no extra cost. The reservation of this accommodation is strictly for family purposes. By making this reservation, you agree not to organize any parties. It is important to note that the reservation of this accommodation is prohibited for persons under the age of 23.
To ensure a smooth check-in experience, all check-ins are by appointment between 3 pm and 8 pm. Late arrivals are possible until 11 pm for an additional fee via the booking platform, subject to validation by our services. No arrivals are permitted after 11 pm. Late arrivals must also be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. As for check-out, it is also by appointment between 8 am and 10 am. Early departures are possible from 6 am for an additional fee via the booking platform, subject to validation by our services. No departures are allowed before 6 am.
Arrivals will exceptionally be accepted only between 1 pm and 4 pm on December 24th and January 31st. However, no arrivals or departures will be carried out on December 25th and January 1st.

As a professional agency with an API connection linked to our Channel Manager with partner booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking, etc.), a pre-authorization of €500 is required through our partner Swikly. It will be canceled seven days after your departure. If this pre-authorization is not completed 24 hours before arrival, it constitutes a fault on your part regarding the aforementioned conditions. Therefore, we reserve the right to contact the platform to request the cancellation of your reservation. No refund will be possible in this case.
