Check-in and Check-out Hours:
Check-ins: Between 3 PM and 10 PM. Late arrivals will only be accommodated the next day from 9:30 AM onwards. Additional charges will apply in case of failure.
Early Check-ins: Want to arrive before 3 PM? We can only confirm 24 hours in advance, and it might cost 50% of the nightly rate. Late Check-outs: If you wish to stay a bit longer than the official time, we'll confirm 24 hours in advance, and you might be charged 50% of the nightly rate.
Deposit Requirement:
A deposit of €500 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund within 8-14 days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.
Additional Fees:
Unauthorized late check-out: €90.
If we detect a cigarette odor after the stay: €450.
Extra key: this service is exclusively reserved for stays of 15 days or more.
Lost keys? If left on the door or inside the apartment, fees range from €100 to €500, depending on the type of key.
Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Do not leave keys on the door or inside.
Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises could result in deductions from the deposit.
Please note that construction works are currently underway on the street in front of the building for an indefinite period. We would like to emphasize that we are not responsible for these works and will not accept any complaints regarding this matter.
Internet Etiquette:
Avoid using internet access for the unauthorized reproduction or representation of copyrighted works. Browsing websites prohibited by French and European legislation is forbidden. Please understand that any internet access failure attributable to telecommunications operators is not our responsibility and will not result in compensation.

Reservations for the Paris 2024 Olympic Games:
For those joining us for the Olympic Games, a deposit of 30% of the total reservation amount is required upon confirmation.
We would like to inform you that the minimum age to make a reservation is 23 years. Individuals under the age of 23 will be allowed to enter only in the presence of an adult meeting the required age. Otherwise, they will not be allowed to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
