The farmhouse includes Peggy's home (West and North wings). The Mas du vieux marronnier, located in the East wing, is arranged on 2 levels as follows. The entrance is via 6 steps and opens onto the living room with fireplace overlooking the kitchen and living room, bedroom with queen size bed 160x200, shower room/wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (140x190) (140x190), 1 dormitory (3x90x190, 1x100x190), shower room, separate wc. Outside: pleasant and authentic enclosed interior courtyard to fully enjoy the idyllic setting of the property, private swimming pool (dim 12x5m, depth 1.4 to 2m, open from April to September depending on the weather), laundry room/summer kitchen (22m²). Easy access to the main roads A7, N7, A49 and Valence-TGV (25min). You will share with Peggy, the parking lot, the enclosed courtyard, the porch and its gate but you will have an independent entrance.
