Sammy's Seaside Hideaway is a cosy one-bedroom apartment conveniently located just moments away from the sun-kissed sands of Henley Beach. This quiet ground-floor apartment, recently renovated, offers the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway by the sea. Whether you're seeking a weekend escape or a longer adventure, Sammy's promises a comfortable stay in the heart of Henley Beach.

Inside Sammy's Seaside Hideaway, you'll find a cosy and inviting base for relaxation and exploration. The apartment features a small comfortable living area with a Smart TV and Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a queen-sized bed ensuring a restful night's sleep. The clean and fresh bathroom doubles as a convenient laundry with a washing machine.

Discover the vibrant atmosphere of Henley Beach with its close proximity to the beach and local amenities. Sammy's offers easy access to an array of cafes, restaurants, and boutique shops along Henley Beach Road and the Esplanade. Spend your days swimming, sunbathing, or exploring the scenic coastal trails.

Guests are welcome to make use of the communal BBQ entertaining area located at the front of the building. We provide BBQ tools and cleaning products for our guests in the apartment. As this area is a communal space, it's the responsibility of guests and residents to keep it clean after use.

Please note, we currently have a portable DeLonghi convection heater available for heating. A reverse cycle split system is scheduled to be installed by Spring 2024.

Due to the building's gravity-fed water system, the water pressure is low. For the best experience, we recommend avoiding the use of multiple water sources, such as the shower and kitchen tap, at the same time.

The property is conveniently and thoughtfully set up for a easy self check-in. The entire apartment is all yours during your stay. A single car carport (for guest use only) is located at the rear of the building, with easy and close access to the apartment. Free parking also available on street frontage.

The Henley Beach Hotel is 150m up the road, with the Henley Beach Road Precinct 500m away from the apartment, which features grocery shopping and restaurants. Henley Square is also very close, just under 1km away, with plenty of local businesses to choose from, including retail, icecream, pubs, cafes & restaurants. Foodies are really spoiled for choice here, so reward yourself with a fabulous coffee, a glass of wine or a meal in one of the many interesting cafés or restaurants, ranging from casual to formal dining.

You can walk to almost everything you need from here. Buses are easily accessible from Seaview Road, you can catch the express bus into the city.

We supply enough toilet rolls and other consumables for the average stay, however please note for longer stays, and depending on your usage, you may need to purchase more.

Kindly note that our cleaners do not tend to the communal BBQ area, so it's the responsibility of guests and residents to keep it clean thoroughly after each use. The same as you would for a community park BBQ.

For extended stays over 15+ nights, mid-stay or fortnightly servicing is required for the upkeep of the property. We will notify you when this is due to occur
