Sumène Tower is ideally located, we can not do better. In addition, the view of the mountains and trails are joy to watch in the morning until late at night ... and without being disturbed by snowmobiles, snowcats and other night workers; the double glazing and electric shutters.
We were 5 families of 3 in this Tour, and all were jealous of my little nest. In addition to the ski locker is placed immediately in the Hall so easy to access and suddenly that happiness ...
The Essential of this apartment is its side "living together " because all the " Accessories" (oil sugar ... games ..) are already there remains a tenant to replace as soon as one is missing :)
Well the only negative has nothing to do with the apartment and the owners it's just because the elevators still on arrival or departure times you have to wait 10 + minutes to get one :( or so good legsto mount 5 floors.
Finally, and I'll stop there, I advise necessarily that good, you can go there with eyes close ...
Damage, however, that the washing machine did not wrung my laundry !!!
And the heater near the bay window was not working.
If not for the rest no complaints.

The bathroom is brand new. There was a washing machine and a dishwasher as promised from this summer.
We had a beautiful view from the rent. The place was quiet and relaxing (Summer).
