This contemporary style, modern apartment, located on the 4th floor, with no lift, is ideal for groups of friends. Located only a minute from Barcelona's Ramblas, in the medieval centre of the city, it is surrounded by leisure amenities that will make your stay really memorable.

It offers a light-filled lounge-dining room with a double sofa-bed to enjoy a well-earned rest after a walk round the centre of the Medieval City centre or a siesta after trying out the variety of dishes offered by the Catalonian gastronomy served in the quarter's diverse restaurants and picturesque bars. There is also a double bedroom, fully appointed bathroom with shower stall and a practical kitchenette with all the necessary accessories.

The apartment's location makes it possible to plan a stay to include several activities: from shopping at El Potal de l'Angel, with its variety of fashion boutiques to a sightseeing itinerary through the quarter's labyrinth of narrow streets to see the architecture of the past in places that are must to visit, such as Carrer del Bisbe, Plaza Real or Plaza del Rey, which also houses a museum exhibiting the history of the city of Barcelona.

Finally, this apartment is very close to the metro, train and bus stations, making it easy to move around the city and visit, for example, Güell Park, The Sacred Family, or El Tibidabo amusement park.

It is Important to keep in mind, narrow staircase typical of the Gothic neighborhood. It is recommended to come light with luggage and ready to climb stairs.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.

- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.

- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.

- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.

- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.

- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.

- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

HOURS:- Check in time: from 3.00pm onwards.- Departure time: before 11.00am- Please inform us of your expected arrival time

DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.
