This 19th-century cottage enjoys an elevated position in the village of Natzwiller and a view of a wooded low mountain range. The interior is pleasant and bright and includes a wood-burning stove, and one of the spacious bedrooms upstairs is particularly impressive with old ceiling beams. Behind the house is a games room and a quiet garden for barbecuing and sunbathing. In addition to a variety of historic sites, the valley of the Bruche also attracts many recreational and sports activities, such as hiking, mountain biking, paragliding or summer tobogganing on the Champ du Feu. Less than 35 km away, the Alsatian plain stretches out with a wine route that will take you to picturesque places such as Oberehnheim, Ribeauvillé and Colmar. The Château du Haut-Koenigsbourg will delight young and old alike, and Strasbourg, with its museums, restaurants and very charming La Petite France district, is within easy reach. In the summertime, many recreational lakes lure with various activities, such as sailing. The owners live in the house next door.
