Comfortable and cozy attic apartment located in the Biois Valley-Passo San Pellegrino, close to mount Marmolada and 10 minutes from the Falcade ski resort. The attic sleeps 5 people (3 in the main bedroom and 2 on the sofa bed in the living room). There is also room for one more person if necessary. The flat faces south and is flooded by sunlight most of the day. The wonderful terrace facing the mountains ahead will allow you to enjoy the warm mountain sun from a privileged position, offering a stunning view. Comforts: washing machine, TV, private parking lot, garden, local store 50m away. The location is ideal for those who like hiking and you will enjoy the short walk to the small ancient church of San Simon which is just 15 minutes away- walking distance. Right behind the house there is a park with a playground for children. Furthermore, the house is far from the main road so you will not be disturbed by any noise or traffic. Structure of the flat: spacious living room with a wonderful marble covered kitchen, sofa bed, armchairs, a desk and a TV. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed along with a big wardrobe. The bathroom has a window facing north, shower/bath and a washing machine.Heating is provided by a typical wood-fueled stove built of refractory bricks as shown in the pictures. Every room is equipped with an electric radiator .

Necessary to bring the sheets, the rest of linen is provided. We found many board games that have graced our evenings. Television petite and receive Mediaset channels absent (cmq this for us is not a note of dissatisfaction, indeed). The heating is electric, the main hall there is a beautiful parlor. We prefer the fire with wood that is not treated, whereas here it is essential to buy wood briquettes at the supermarket and consequently the power needs of the use of the firelighter; it happened that the fire go out (perhaps for our failure) and re-ignition caused smoke in the room. The well-stocked Sacchet shop with friendly and polite. The Falcade plants are close (10 min drive), if you want you can also easily reach Alleghe (20 min drive). As there is a lot of snow (only artificial snow) we could reach Canazei by car.
