The villa has been renovated at the end of 2017 with new floors, furniture and brand new kitchen.

From the entrance hall you reach a toilet, the comfortable living room with Smart TV and separate dining table. From the living room you have direct access via sliding doors to the large balcony with exterior dining table and automatic sunshade. The sea views are amazing!
From the balcony there's a stairway that leads to the pool area.
From the living room you access the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, ceramic cooking plates and oven. All kitchen utensils & appliances are available.
On this floor there is a double bedroom with a shower cabin and sink.

Walking down the stairs you will find the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with bath tub. The view from the bed is breathtaking.
Second bedroom with 2 single beds. Third double bedroom with sliding doors for direct access to the pool. Large second bathroom with bath tub/shower. Separate room with washing machine and iron.
All bedrooms have large built-in closets and air conditioning.

From the balcony you reach the garden, private pool (7x3 mtr) and terrace with lounge corner and BBQ. This villa has a semi-salted pool. This means soft water, no chlorine and no red eyes!
It has electrical heating throughout the villa for the chilly winter months.

The beach is at 400 meters; a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive. Private parking for 1 car and ample parking space in the quiet street.
