This recently built apartment stands out for the elegant mixture of modern and alpine style.

The unit is made of two double rooms, two separate bathrooms with shower and a living room with double sofa bed and kitchenette with direct access to the terrace.

The furnished terrace boasts a wonderful view on the valley and is particularly sunny during the afternoon and evening hours, due to its South-West exposition. It is equipped with sun lays and further outdoor furniture and it is accessible directly from the living room of the apartment.

The modern kitchenette is equipped with dishwasher, oven combined to microwave, cooking plate, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, kitchen utensils, cutlery, dishes and much more.

Towels, linen and Wi-Fi are available for free.

The house is located just outside Ortisei and boasts an idyllic position in the green, with panoramic view towards the valley exit. The position is particularly suitable for exploring not only Val Gardena, but also the surroundings, like the cities of Chiusa, Bressanone and Bolzano, all reachable in half an hour drive or less.

Ortisei is reachable in 5 minutes by car or alternatively less than 10 minutes by free public bus, which stops less than 100 m from the house. There you will find all the services like bars, restaurants and shops as well.

From Ortisei you can join the cableways of Seceda, Alpe di Siusi and Resciesa to reach the legendary Sella Ronda, in the Dolomiti Superski ski resort, or experience unforgettable hikes in the UNESCO natural heritage the Dolomites.

Apartments Grunnes offer a wide range of services for his guests, like free ski Safari on specific days, discounts on ski preparation, ski technique courses and free ski deposit in house and at the cableways.

The property also offers daily free access to the MAR DOLOMIT swimming pools of Ortisei.

Various comforts are provided, like private parking, ski deposit with ski boot heater, washing machine and much more.

Daily bread service is provided on request (Sundays and festivities excluded).

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!
