The holiday apartment is on the second floor of a typical alpine house in a quiet part of St. Ulrich, in the midst of the Dolomites. The location is pleasantly sunny, with a view of the Sassolungo mountains and Sassopiattto, which belong to the Sella mountain group.

The attic apartment measures around 30m² and is suitable for a maximum of three people. It is built with natural materials such as wood and is free of electrosmog at night, to ensure a good night's sleep. The combined living room and bedroom provides two single beds that can be joined together as a double bed, as well as a sofa that can be used as a bed for one person. The dining space consists of a corner bench and a table. The room provides access to the cooking niche with a fully-equipped built-in kitchen with a gas stove, coffee machine, kettle, fridge, crockery and cooking utensils. Next to it there is the bathroom with a shower cubicle, WC, bidet, washbasin and hairdryer. The apartment is ideal for a holiday in the mountains both in summer and in winter. It has heating and does not need air conditioning even during the summer months, owing to the location at altitude in the mountains. Bed linen, towels and wireless Internet access are provided. A cot can be provided on request.

The outdoor areas are shared with the other guests in the house. The enclosed site has a garden planted with flowers and a terrace with tables, chairs, deckchairs and parasols, so you can enjoy meals here or simply enjoy the sun and relax. A garage parking space is available.

The little holiday residence is ideal for a holiday with children, as it has a little animal zoo with rabbits. They like to chase around with children and to be stroked.

In the centre of Ortisei just a five-minute walk away you can find shops and restaurants. The nearest bug stop is just 50 metres away, the ski lifts are about 450 metres away. The Raschötz cable car is just 300 metres away. There is a local launderette.
