This wide apartment with southwards balcony, is made for hosting a maximum of 7 persons.

The classic traditional style of this flat will let you feel like at home.

With 3 bedrooms, of those two double rooms one with a bunk bed, its luminous living room looking southwards, with access to the balcony and a separate kitchen, also with own access to the balcony, this apartment results particularly comfortable. For winter or summer holidays in Val Gardena.

You will find two comfortable bathrooms, one with shore and one with tub.

The wide, separate kitchen comes with a dishwasher, cooking plates, small grill oven, coffee machine, fridge with freezer, cutlery, kitchen utensils, dishes and also a washing machine, for your clothes.

From the wide balcony facing South, you can admire the highest peaks of the Dolomites like the Sassolungo, the Sella Mountain and the Ciampinoi, which accompany the most famous Sella Ronda ski circuit.

Towels and linen are available and included in the rate.

Please note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. For this reason, no exceptions will be possible under any circumstances.

The Apartment Valverda is a wide, light apartment set into a house with the same name in Ortisei Val Gardena.

The positions, few steps from the town center away, is ideal for every kind of holiday, because 300 meters from the house you will already find the cableways of Resciesa and Seceda, which will connect you with the Dolomiti Superski ski resort and the Sella Ronda.

For those who prefer to walk less, there is a skibus stop, just 100 meters away, which you can use for free.

The UNESCO World Natural Heritage "Dolomites" can be discovered by the hiking paths starting only few steps away. The first restaurants, grocery stores, bars etc. are only 200 meters away. You will enjoy the free outdoor parking space and the garage box (please note that the box is very small and can only fit in a small sized car). Free Wi-Fi available.

A wide common garden, which can be said to be a little park, with green meadows, flowery trees and seating areas with Dolomite view, set under the house, will be the right place for families, to let their children play in safety and freedom, beside the public children playground available less than 100 meters from your apartment.

Some houses have remote check-in at the house with code access, we ask you to contact us about this at least 48 hours in advance to check if the house you have booked is among them.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

Before the check-in starts you will have to obligatory proceed with the online payment of the deposit, nothing will be deducted from your credit card, pre-authorized, or blocked. This will not even affect the limit of your credit card!
