Exceptional apartment located just a stone's throw from Notre Dame de la Garde, with an incredible sea view from the living room. This bright apartment features large windows in every room.
It has the particularity of not being overlooked, allowing you to enjoy total independence and tranquility.

Please note that this apartment is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).

The apartment comprises :
- A large living room with TV
- A fully-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, all necessary crockery, washing machine...). Products such as tea, coffee, salt and pepper will be available on arrival.
- Two large separate bedrooms with two double beds and two large closets are also available. Sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels of 4* quality are provided, and beds are made on arrival.
- The bathroom is very bright, with a large shower cubicle.

You can reach the Prado and/or Prophète beaches on foot (10 minutes) or by bus, which is just a stone's throw from the apartment. Parking is also very easy in the vicinity for those who travel by car.

- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.

To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Without the signature of a contract in due form, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation.
This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or the various rental platforms.

Protis accommodation is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Marseille and will be prepared for your arrival. You'll be greeted on site by a member of our team, who will introduce you to the apartment and its operation, and hand over the keys.
