L'Olivier is a beautiful flat ideally located in a quiet street a few metres from the Old Port in the heart of the shopping streets. The flat has all the necessary facilities to allow you to have a pleasant stay, whether you are travelling for business or for a family or tourist visit. It offers a beautiful bedroom with television and a large living room / dining room, all overlooking a quiet and bright patio. It is the ideal location to discover the city of Marseille. The Vieux Port, its bars and restaurants, and many shops nearby.

Composition of the flat:
The flat is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful building in a pedestrian street 1 minute from the Old Port. You enter the flat through a corridor which leads to a large bathroom with bathtub on your left, in front of you the double bedroom with television and on your right the living room with the dining table and the open kitchen.

The flat is fully equipped to make you feel at home: Wifi / Washing machine / Dishwasher / Nespresso coffee machine / Free coffee capsules / Bathtub ...

You will be welcomed on site in a personalized way by a person of the Cocoonr Marseille agency who will present you the accommodation, answer your questions and give you the keys.

Geographical location:
By staying at the Olivier you choose a flat ideally located in the city centre of Marseille while being quiet. By going out on your left you will have the possibility of joining the Old Port, the street paradise and its many trade or the mythical Canebière.
On your right you will reach the rue de Rome and the shopping district of Noailles and its oriental flavour.

Transport:
All transportation passes through the Vieux Port: Bus / metro / tram and even boat bus to the Estaque or Pointe Rouge districts.
The Saint Charles train station is a 15 minute walk away.

The airport is accessible by shuttle bus to the Saint Charles train station but we advise you to use taxis or Uber.
