The holiday apartement is located in a residence, on a closed plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. 40m² two-room apartment The apartment is part of a semi-circular row with a small square and a shared garden. Access to the small square is reserved exclusively for guests of the residence. There are flowerbeds of Mediterranean scrub, all surrounded by a fresh and lush pine forest. The apartment is located in the center of the Pinus Village residential area in Santa Margherita di Pula, nestled in a pine forest, 150 m from the sea The access goes via a field or forest path (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house. The residence has an unguarded private parking space in front of the house, there are also several other public parking spaces in the residential area. The residential area we are in is quite quiet and is mainly frequented by local residents. Therefore there is little traffic on the internal roads.
