Casa Ottaviani is a large villa surrounded by the green of pine wood, 150 meters from the sea, in the most quiet street in Marina di Campo. From this year we rent the apartment on the ground floor which enjoys of the direct access to the garden and two large porches.

Behind the house there are 2 parking spaces where you can forget the car to walk or bike.
The garden is available to the guests and also an external shower.

The entrance is independent and, through the porch, introduces in both the great living room and the kitchen. The apartment consists of 2 large double bedrooms, 1 smaller bedroom with two beds, two bathrooms with shower, a large kitchen, hallway and large closet, in addition to the great living room. The whole house is full of light and air, all the rooms have at least one window and the house is exposed on all four sides. The living room takes another breath from the large windows with which it communicates with the two porches; the one toward the sea is a real living room outside, while on the other, into the sunset , you can dine al fresco and nature. Large closets in every room allow you to comfortably place your clothes and luggage.

The beach is at 150 meters and the town centre, where are all the shops and supermarkets, is at 800 meters.
Portoferraio, where the ferry boat arrives, is at 16 km and there is also the Hospital.
At Marina di Campo almost all water sport are available, same for tennis, soccer, table tennis.
Many trails and hiking tracks start from Marina di Campo, fully immersed in the Mediterranean nature: maps and info book will be available on request.

via Montecristo street is very quiet because is a road closed, only the people that live there may pass.
Small bed for children are available on request. During 2016 free Internet is complementary.
