Our apartment has a modern décor and furnishings. We have new stainless steel appliances for the kitchen and comfortable furnishing for a nice, relaxing evening in.
The entire apartment is private and open for your use, and there is a coin operated laundry facility on the first floor for all of our guests to use.
We are around if you need anything but try to maintain our distance to give our guests privacy.
Centrally located in the heart of downtown Great Falls, you're within walking distance of fabulous local coffee shops, breweries, eateries, and other historical attractions. If you enjoy music check out The Newberry, a local live music and event venue just a 12 minute walk from our front door. Make sure to stop and visit the world-famous Sip & Dip Lounge! Stay in the Historic Great Falls Hotel!
Malmstrom Afb, the airport, and the hospital are all within aminute drive from our location.
Parking is a gravel lot on the west side of the building. It is accessed through the alley that runs behind the building. One parking spot per apartment.
Please be careful as it is a pull in and back out lot. We kindly ask that you to be considerate when parking so that all guests can access a parking spot. We provide a parking pass in your room- once it's filled out with your vehicle info, the top half is displayed in your vehicle and the bottom half goes in the white drop box located right inside building's front entrance.

Because this building is host to multiple guests, we ask that noise be kept to a minimum both day and night.
Smoking/vaping is not permitted in the building but there are designated smoking areas outside.
All pets must be Pre-Approved and subject to an additional fee.
The unit reserved will have a similar floor plan as the one pictured, and will be similarly decorated. However, color schemes and appliances may vary.
No Pets on furniture or in beds please.
If you plan on using our parking lot Please Send A Message With Your Vehicle Information (Make/model, color, license plate number). There is parking for one vehicle in the lot and a parking pass will be in the apartment to use.
Ac is provided June through September, but taken out during the colder months.
We do charge a replacement linen fee of $50 if the sheets, towels, etc. are left stained and need replaced.
