The property is a 1-room studio with a total area of 20 square meters, situated on the ground floor. It features a living/dining room area with a double sofa bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm in length, as well as a television. Additionally, there is a sleeping alcove with two bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm wide and 190 cm long.

The studio comes equipped with a kitchenette that includes two hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and Dolce Gusto coffee capsules. The bathroom has a combined bath and toilet. Heating is available through a boiler with a capacity of 150 liters. Outside, you will find a 12 square meter roofed terrace with an east-facing position, as well as a 20 square meter patio area. Terrace furniture and two deck chairs are provided. From the terrace, you can enjoy partial views of the sea and the swimming pool. Other amenities include a washing machine, an iron, a hair dryer, and Wi-Fi internet access (at an extra cost). Additionally, there is a reserved parking space (number 21) within a fenced area.

The property allows one small pet or dog. A smoke alarm is installed for your safety. Please note that instead of an enclosed bedroom, the sleeping area is located in an open-plan alcove. This vacation rental is offered by a private individual according to Art. 155, IV of CGI. The maximum capacity for the studio is four guests. There is one bedroom and one bathroom.
