Appartement calme et lumineux au 3e étage dans résidence de standing « Les Balcons de Sirius » avec espace bien-être (piscine intérieure et sauna) réservé aux locataires de la résidence . Idéal couple avec enfants.

T2 tout confort de 32 M2 départ de la résidence skis aux pieds composé d'une chambre avec un lit 160, d'un coin montagne avec 2 lits 80 superposés, (les espaces nuits sont séparés de l'espace de vie), d'une salle de bain avec baignoire et WC indépendants (sèche cheveux disponible), coin cuisine très bien équipé LV, MO, four, Nespresso, cafetière filtre, grille-pain, mixeur plongeant,... et d'une pièce à vivre disposant d'un canapé avec un lit tiroir couchage 1 personne, TV écran plat, lecteur DVD.

L'appartement dispose de nombreux rangements : il est très fonctionnel.
