You will enjoy the easy walk to the most beautiful white, sandy beach in the world where you can walk for miles, fish, or bask in the sun. At home, you will enjoy the smart TV, Wi-Fi, the grill for outdoor cooking, and the wraparound deck. The kitchen comes with all major appliances including dishwasher, coffee maker and more! The primary bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom with walk-in shower. The washer/dryer is also located in this bedroom. The guest bedroom also features a queen bed. There is a guest bathroom in the hall with a shower/tub combo. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.
This unit is pet-friendly with a 1-pet limit, pets are limited to dogs only. A written request at the time of booking is required to bring any animal, including pets, emotional support animals, and service animals. A non-refundable $200 fee applies for pets and emotional support animals. The fee will be added to your booking total, with applicable taxes when we receive your Official Animal Request to our email. Additional charges will be added for each unauthorized animal if animals are brought without permission.
For the security and well-being of both you and the property, there are security cameras placed on the exterior of this vacation home. The camera is covering the driveway and front yard. The lower area of this home is used for owner storage, not accessible to guests.

The minimum age to rent is 25. $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan - Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning to the end of the month, multi-month rentals are available. Shorter stays may be available during summer and fall months.
This unit has a keyless entry so you can head right to the unit at check-in time. A code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. This unit is managed by TriPower Vacation Rentals, a professional vacation rental management company located on Fort Myers Beach. Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
