The vacation property is a spacious 5-room house with 140 square meters of living space spread across two levels. It features an open and bright interior with beautiful and cozy furnishings. The main living area is a large open-plan living/dining room spanning 50 square meters, complete with an open-hearth fireplace (decorative only) and a flat-screen television. This living space opens out to the garden and a terrace with a south-facing position. The kitchen is also open and well-equipped, featuring an oven, dishwasher, five induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. On the same level, there is a shower room and a separate toilet. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms, each with a queen-size French bed (140 cm x 190 cm), and a children's room with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm). There is also a bathroom and a separate toilet on this floor.

The vacation property offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. It is equipped with electric heating, a small terrace of 20 square meters with a south-facing position, terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, and two deck chairs. The vacation property boasts a very beautiful panoramic view of the sea from its location. It is an offer from a private individual, subject to Art. 155, IV of CGI. The maximum capacity of the property is 8 people, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms available. Guests can enjoy the convenience of having a washing machine, barbecue, dishwasher, heating, microwave, and television during their stay.
