Very nice house, brand new, very clean and spacious. Everything is there except maybe one French TV channel! Very pleasant stay and the person involved in renting very attentive to the comfort and well being of its tenants. Would recommend.

Very warm welcome. Quiet location with views of the Gulf and the port of Calvi, well maintained garden. Very neat apartment with a touch of decoration and extras (tablecloths, chair cushions garden ...) I highly recommend this location and in addition you have the sun.

I stayed two weeks in this location: studio the size of a F1, well appointed, clean and functional. The small terrace and mountain views were appreciated, the tranquility and hospitality of the owners also. The location is conveniently located in the outskirts of Ajaccio, in a dead end street, parking attached to the location, easy to load and unload the car. Perfect for a stay of a week or fortnight!

La petite terrasse et sa vue sur la montagne ont été appréciées, le calme et l'accueil des propriétaires également.
La location est bien située, à la sortie d'Ajaccio, dans une rue sans issue, place de parking attachée à la location, facile de charger ou décharger la voiture.
Parfait pour un séjour d'une semaine ou quinze jours !

Studio very pleasant. New and modern design with its terrace with a beautiful view on the hill opposite, all located at the end of residency, calm and tranquility assured. Close to all amenities (pharmacy, bakery, supermarket ....). The parking lot is also appreciated. And finally, a warm welcome from the owners always ready to serve you and advise you on places to visit. The sum of all it gives a location with good value for money that I highly recommend.

Pleasant situation in a pretty wild place, gated and quiet in a natural and very flowery. Spacious, well equipped, very comfortable and 200m walk to the beach first! Very cozy, clean and bright. Private parking lot, wonderful inland view. Peace of mind. The only drawback: it is not near the sea you need a car to get around. The most beautiful and famous beaches are far apart, but if you settle for some hidden cove, in 10 minutes. The hostess (Mme Cagnoli) was always smiling and helpful.

Unico neo: non essendo vicino al mare occorre una macchina per spostarsi. Le spiagge più belle e famose sono distanti, ma se ti accontenti di qualche caletta nascosta, sono sufficienti 10 minuti.
La padrona di casa (Mme Cagnoli) è stata sempre sorridente e disponibile.

Excellent location to get away from it all and relax, which was our goal. Very simple with the bare minimum, I would suggest however to take a power strip to plug radio, charge phones, camera batteries etc.. and keep the nightstand connected at the same time. Without a car, the movements are rather limits. The exercise has to climb provide our mini-villa has been very beneficial, but in the beginning a little challenging in the big heat. The beach is 150 meters unsupervised wide with clear water like water from a pool. Two on-site restaurants, and a small group of shops, adequate.

Très simple avec le strict minimum, je conseillerais pourtant de prendre une prise multiple pour brancher radio, recharger portables, batteries d'appareil photo etc. et garder la table de nuit branchée en même temps. Sans voiture, les déplacements sont plutôt limites. L'exercice a fournir pour grimper a notre mini-villa, nous a été très bénéfique, mais au début un peu éprouvant dans la grosse chaleur. La plage à 150 mètres est non surveillée, vaste, avec une eau claire comme l'eau d'une piscine. Deux restaurants sur place, et un petit groupe de commerces, adéquat.

Only gripe for washing machines, I would have preferred to have the washing machine in the apartment instead of carrying dirty laundry to the laundry. That more is not always free to our arrival. Otherwise everything is perfect.
Seul petit reproche pour les laves linges, j'aurai préféré avoir la machine à laver dans l'appartement au lieu de transporter le linge sale à la laverie. De plus celle ci n'est pas toujours libre à notre arrivée.

Casa fresca e tranquilla, in ottimo contesto. Mare e negozi vicini e raggiungibili a piedi. Arredamento spartano e con poche stoviglie. Strada di accesso alla casa un poco dissestata. Nel complesso il nostro soggiorno (2 adulti e 2 bambini) è stato molto piacevole.
