There is a brand new modern fully equipped kitchen (including a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine).
This bright and spacious property is in an excellent location for either a family holiday or a couples retreat.
Situated within 1km walking distance to the beach and all amenities, this apartment is perfect for those who do not wish to hire a car.

The apartment is fully equipped with air conditioning for the summer and heating for the cooler winter months.
Complementary WIFI and International Television channels are provided. There is also a second TV in one of the bedrooms equipped with a Google TV stick enabling the guests to sign in to their own Netflix, Prime, Disney+ or Apple TV accounts.

The pool is open all year round from dawn till dusk.

As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates.

In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more.

Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.

Additional person supplement 75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
A €40 booking fee is payable on each booking.

Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €15 for a 1 bedroom property, €30 for a 2 bedroom property and €45 for a 3 bedroom property.
A cleaning surcharge is applied at the time of booking.

Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details. For these discounted bookings, electricity usage is charged separately per day and is payable in advance with the balance payment.

Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
