The urbanization has a fabulous pool where you can cool off and sunbathe peacefully (the opening and closing dates of the community pools may vary each year depending on each community, please check their opening before booking). They are currently closed due to drought restrictions.

You have the beach just 70 meters from the apartment, and the services that surround the apartment guarantee that you will not waste a second traveling. Restaurants and beach bars abound in the surroundings, such as "La Cubana," a bar on the beach with an original and fresh offering, the Los Marinos restaurant, ideal for fish and seafood, or the "El Gecko" bar, with a great atmosphere. and a terrace with one of the best views of the Costa del Sol.

It has a parking space, accessible via the building's own elevator, essential as it is a very busy area during practically the entire season. If you do not have a vehicle, the bus stops are located a few meters away, as are taxi services. A few meters from the apartment you also have the commuter train, which will allow you to travel along practically the entire coast, from Fuengirola to Málaga, passing through Benalmádena or Torremolinos. This train also stops at the Airport, making travel even easier for travelers.
