Description of
The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this 50 m² loft for rent in Draguignan, which can accommodate two travelers. Located on the 1st floor (stairs), it comprises a 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with shower). You'll also enjoy a 500 m² garden. Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area, armchairs, storage space and a screen behind which is a king-size bed (180×200).
- An open kitchenette equipped with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, hotplates, filter coffee maker...
- Bathroom with shower

Exterior:
- A 500 m² shared garden on an unenclosed part of the estate overlooking the vineyards. A part of the garden is reserved and shared for this loft, as well as a second part with furniture for enjoying fine weather.
- Private parking for 1 vehicle outside the property.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: fan, washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Neighborhood / Activities
The loft is located in a renovated farm building on a small wine-growing estate. The estate is on the edge of town, 1.5 km from the twice-weekly market square, 600 m from the media library and 800 m from the CGR complex with its 5 movie theaters.
Ideally located between sea and mountains, the estate is 33 km from the beaches of Fréjus, 50 km from Saint-Tropez and 70 km from the Gorges du Verdon.
Around 1 km away is the small shopping center of Les Héllènes, which includes a pharmacy, bakery, Intermarché, newsagent and much more.
The mediatheque is 600 m away, with a cafeteria, as is the Draguignan conservatory with a concert hall. The media library offers activities for children, and a book and DVD lending bank.

Transport
A bus station for the city center is located 200 m from the estate.
The nearest train station to Draguignan is Les Arcs-Draguignan, served by the TGV and located twelve kilometers from the city center.
If you are coming by car, free parking is available close to the accommodation.
