Guests can enjoy a stay with all comforts, the house is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for your stay.
The apartment of 56 sqm. is on the ground floor with independent entrance and has a living room with sofa bed and kitchen, a large bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a retractable bridge, heating independent gas, inverter air conditioning / heating throughout the house, video, satellite TV, garden, private parking and a large garage.
Appliances provided: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, TV
All amenities are nearby within walking distance from the pharmacy to the supermarket, stationery from the florist, the office of the Municipal Police and the pediatrician for every need We will be with you to assist you and advise you in the best way we can (see also sites: Union Valcesano and Marche Region)

The house is very comfortable, with all the comforts (washing machine, dishwasher, ... as it is described) very clean and the outdoor space livable and well cared for.

The benefits of this rental are optimal, consistent with our expectations and the description of the owners Massimo and Flaminia.
We were three people.
The situation of the apartment is really at the top, located in the recent pavilion area of ??MAROTTA, no car passage, quiet and relaxing with access to the sea only 200 meters from the beach edge where the activities are numerous including the restoration.
On arrival, a majestic welcome from the owners, visit the apartment, with even small thoughts for our comfort, milk, two bottles of regional wine, a pack of coffee, a pack of pasta, in short a whole attention particular and appreciated.
We also have access to the garage where three bicycles were at our disposal, two pairs of keys, remotes from the garage.
In short a cozy nest with comfort that goes very very well.

The gentle owners also made us a tourist guide. In any rented apartment we had never found the on-site detergents, essential necessities such as milk, water, oil, salt etc .. and also the bikes for children! I highly recommend it !!!
