Our Holiday home is ideally situated near beach and national forest with lovely cycle tracks.
It is a very safe and child-friendly site and will appeal to families with children of all ages
The sunny living room equipped with 2 comfortable sofas (which can be transformed into beds) and a color TV.
The Dining room is equipped with a big dining table that can accommodate 6 to 8 persons.
The functional and fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining room. It has a gas/electric hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, pots and pans, cutlery’s, plates and glasses/cups, tables and chairs. Kitchen linen is also provided.
The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and has direct access to the garden.
The large mezzanine bedroom is equipped with 2 queen size beds.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub that has a flexible shower hose and a shower curtain. It is also equipped with an electric towel dryer. Bathmats are provided.
Outdoor facilities include 2 terraces and 2 well-equipped gardens with barbecue grill, sun loungers, sunshades, garden tables and chairs.

There are also 3 adult bicycles atyour disposal and a parking area just in front of the house.
The area of the house is completely fenced in and not overlooked. It is in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood.

To continue the priority of the good of this accommodation is that everyone is at home (materials, comfort etc ect) by striving to have the best possible holidays.
It's made easier with respectful tenants like you have been.
We also tried to do the best with respect for health instructions and this very particular context that we have known.

C'est de plus facilité avec les locataires respectueuses comme vous l'avez étés.

Flawless.
Washing machine, large fridge, 3 bikes are more undeniable.
Everything you need is there, even things you would not have thought!
The only downside: not convenient parking .... and not always mild climate ... should fall on a week of good weather to enjoy the garden and sunbathing, which was not our case unfortunately!
Rent to recommend for a stay in Saint Jean de Monts!
